I don’t know why I have not written about this place before but it needs to be done. Platform Brewery makes its niche in Cleveland with the small batch brewing through its incubator program. It allows people to jump-start their brewing capabilities without a huge capital investment. Great idea for people who don’t have small million dollar loan to help them out from Daddy. Wait was that a political reference? But really this place has lots of different beers on tap and is located off the main strip of West 25th in Ohio City but still gets great crowds and provides a laid back atmosphere to taste some delicious beers. I highly recommend it for craft beer lovers who want lots of variety and uniqueness.
